Hello and welcome back to another episode of THH Podcast. Today’s episode is a little different than our normal chats. With everything happening in my life lately, I felt really called to make a guided meditation for kids.
This is something I’ve talked about doing for a while, but the time finally felt right this week. This is my first guided meditation for kids so I wasn’t fully sure the direction I wanted it to take.
I decided to go with what felt right which was starting our session off with a few quick yoga poses to get some energy out. Once we get moving a little bit, we settle into our space and meditation.
This podcast is made for kids, but I highly encourage you to participate as well. This is a great way to bond with your child and help them through some of the yoga poses if need be.
If you do decide to jump in, be sure to ask your child questions afterward. Ask how they are feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally. Ask if they would like to journal about their experience.
